Born November 4, 1989, as an identical twin at Brazosport Regional Hospital to Lisa and Rick Wagner of Angleton Texas. Sarah was raised with her Twin Sister and older Sister by her mother and father who have owned and operated a successful business in Angleton for more than Three Decades. She was brought up in a Christian home, where working hard for the things you have was the way of life. From early on her core values of honesty, integrity, hard work and the value of family was instilled in her.
After graduating From Angleton High School, she attended San Jacinto College while making her way working as a waitress at a local restaurant. It was during this time in school that she found her interest with Government and the services it provides.
She finally found her call for public service when a Clerk Position became available at the Brazoria County Clerks office. Her service in the vital and land records department shaped her wealth of knowledge and understanding of how important the services our county government are, and that having integrity and the public's trust is of upmost importance. It was during this time she met the love of her life and decided to marry and start a family. After 2.5 years of service at the County Clerks Office she found a new calling at the Brazoria County Justice of the Peace 2-2 office as a court clerk. Moving into her new role, it did not take her long to discover her passion for the Criminal Justice System. It is here where she gained invaluable insider knowledge and know-how of the Justice of the Peace Court. She served eight years in the JP 2-2 office performing the many duties and services the court provides to the citizens of Brazoria County.
Wanting to serve in a higher capacity and be able to influence positive change in the Justice of the Peace System, Sarah announced her candidacy for Brazoria County Justice of the Peace 4-1in October 2019. Receiving 63.5% of the votes in the Republican Primary of March 2020 she went on to win the November 2020 general Election.
January 1,2021 Judge Sarah Linder was sworn into office after being duly elected by the citizens of Brazoria County Precinct 4.
